EHL Group in Lausanne is seeking an Enrollment Coordinator to guide the end-to-end enrollment journey from offer to campus arrival, ensuring a seamless, timely, and engaging experience for admitted students.

You will collaborate with Admissions, Recruitment, Finance, Visa Services, Housing and Program Coordination to optimize processes, manage contracts and documents, and drive data accuracy and student satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in business administration or hospitality management or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in enrollment, admissions, student services, or similar roles.
• Strong command of CRM systems, enrollment platforms, and data management tools.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional processes and manage complex workflows.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer- and student-centric with a proactive problem-solving approach.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end enrollment journey from offer acceptance to campus arrival.
• Support enrollment conversion and candidate retention with proactive interventions.
• Act as central point of coordination across Admissions, Recruitment, Finance, Visa Services, Housing, and Program Coordination.
• Manage student contracts, document collection, record management and admin follow-up.
• Own enrollment platforms and related systems; ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Monitor process effectiveness and contribute to optimized workflows and practices.
• Support design, testing, and adoption of new enrollment processes and digital capabilities.
