Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, BPM, Solution Design, Digital Transformation, or related role.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and translating business needs into effective process and technology solutions.
• Experience with process improvement, digital enablement, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

Aufgaben

• Partner with multiple departments to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Map and assess end-to-end business processes for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate impact of new programs, policies, and changes and define resulting requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT teams and vendors.
• Lead projects from requirements through design, implementation and adoption; manage scope, timelines and success measures.
• Prioritize and manage the Admissions & Enrollment enhancement roadmap.
• Ensure systems and processes capture data for reporting and decision-making.
