Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, BPM, Solution Design, Digital Transformation, or related role.
• Strong expertise in requirements gathering and translating business needs into effective process and technology solutions.
• Experience with process improvement, digital enablement, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.

The Admissions and Enrollment department at EHL is responsible for managing the entire admissions process for Undergraduate and Graduate academic programs. It supports prospective students from initial contact through to final enrollment, carefully evaluating applications with both rigor and a personalized approach. As EHL continues to expand its program portfolio, the Admissions & Enrollment Project Manager ensures that admissions operations evolve in line with business needs by driving process improvements, digital transformation initiatives, and system enhancements. Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams, the role translates business requirements into effective solutions that enhance operational efficiency, service quality, candidate experience, and data-driven decision-making.

What will you do?

• Partner with Admissions, Enrollment, Academic Programs, Marketing & Recruitment, Academic Office, IT, and other stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Map, document, and assess end-to-end business processes, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate the operational impact of new programs, policies, regulatory changes, and strategic initiatives, and define the resulting business and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to design and deliver effective solutions.
• Lead process/systems enhancement projects and initiatives from requirements definition through solution design, implementation and adoption; defining scope, timelines, deliverables and success measures; coordinating stakeholders, overseeing testing and deployment activities; and supporting change adoption to ensure successful delivery and business value realization.
• Manage and prioritize the Admissions & Enrollment enhancement roadmap, ensuring alignment with departmental priorities and strategic objectives.
• Ensure systems, workflows, communications, forms, reporting, and related business capabilities remain aligned with evolving operational requirements.
• Ensure business processes and systems capture the data required to enable operational reporting, performance monitoring, and data-driven decision-making.

Who you are?

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Management, Solution Design, Digital Transformation, or a related role.
• You have strong expertise in business analysis, requirements gathering, and the translation of business needs into effective process and technology solutions.
• You are experienced in process improvement, digital enablement, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• You have a strong understanding of solution design, functional specifications, and business process management.
• You have experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to deliver business solutions.
• You have strong project and stakeholder management skills, including change adoption, user engagement, and project delivery.
• You have experience with CRM, workflow, or enterprise systems, and are comfortable working in technology-driven environments.
• You have experience in higher education, customer lifecycle management, or other service-oriented environments, which is considered an asset.
• You have excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data and business insights into actionable recommendations.
