EHL invites applications for an Enrollment Coordinator to manage the post‑admission journey for prospective students at our Lausanne campus. You will ensure a seamless candidate experience, overseeing contracts, documents, visas, housing and onboarding across multiple departments.

We seek a person with a business or hospitality background, 3–5 years in enrollment or related roles, and strong CRM and data skills.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or Hospitality Management.
• 3–5 years in enrollment, admissions, student services, or related operations.
• Proficient with CRM systems, enrollment platforms, and data management tools.

• Coordinate end-to-end enrollment journey from offer to campus arrival.
• Support enrollment conversion and candidate retention through proactive interventions.
• Act as the central point of coordination across departments involved in enrollment.
