The Admissions and Enrollment department at EHL is responsible for managing the entire admissions process for Undergraduate and Graduate academic programs. It supports prospective students from initial contact through to final enrollment, carefully evaluating applications with both rigor and a personalized approach. The department plays a key role in selecting candidates who align with EHL's values, academic excellence, and professional potential. The Enrollment Coordinator orchestrates future students' post-admission journey to ensure a seamless, supportive candidate experience from offer acceptance through to arrival on campus. In doing so, this role contributes to maximizing candidate retention, enrollment conversion, and overall student satisfaction.

Acting as a key link between operational departments, the Enrollment Coordinator oversees the students' end-to-end enrollment journey, ensuring that all contractual, administrative, financial, visa, housing, and onboarding requirements are completed efficiently, accurately, and on time. Through proactive coordination, personalized support, and close collaboration with internal stakeholders you drive operational compliance and efficiency while advocating for student-centric experiences. You will also support the continuous improvement of enrollment processes and participate in digital transformation initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, scalability, and the overall student experience.

What will you do?

• Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end enrollment journey from offer acceptance through campus arrival, ensuring a seamless, timely, and engaging experience for all admitted students. Maintain visibility across key enrollment milestones and proactively manage progress to support successful enrollment outcomes.
• Support enrollment conversion and candidate retention by proactively identifying and addressing barriers throughout the enrollment process. Monitor candidate engagement and progression, coordinating timely interventions and follow-up actions with relevant stakeholders when required.
• Act as the central point of coordination across departments involved in the enrollment journey, ensuring alignment, continuity, and timely execution of enrollment activities. Facilitate effective collaboration between Admissions, Recruitment, Finance, Visa Services, Housing, Program Coordination, Student Experience, and other operational teams.
• Manage critical enrollment processes, including student contracts, document collection, record management, and administrative follow-up. Ensure compliance with institutional policies, regulatory requirements, and data protection standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy and service quality.
• Own and manage enrollment platforms and related operational systems, ensuring data accuracy, usability, and alignment with business requirements. Monitor system performance, support issue resolution, and contribute to ongoing enhancements that improve operational effectiveness and user experience.
• Monitor process effectiveness across the enrollment journey, identify opportunities for optimization, and contribute to the implementation of improved workflows, procedures, and operating practices that enhance efficiency, consistency, and student satisfaction.
• Support the design, testing, implementation, and adoption of new enrollment processes, systems, and digital capabilities. Partner with operational and technical stakeholders to deliver transformation initiatives, support change management activities, and drive successful user adoption.

Who you are?

• You have a bachelor's degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• You have 3-5 years of professional experience in enrollment, admissions, student services, customer success, or similar operational roles.
• You have a good command of CRM systems, enrollment platforms, and data management tools.
• You are able to coordinate cross-functional processes and manage complex operational workflows.
• You have strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• You have strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy, data integrity, and process compliance.
• You are customer- and student-centric, with a commitment to delivering a high-quality enrollment experience.
• You are solution-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• You are able to support change management initiatives and adapt effectively to evolving processes, systems, and organizational priorities.
• You have experience supporting digital transformation initiatives, which is considered a strong advantage.
