Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in admissions operations with team management.
• Strong knowledge of admissions systems and data tools.
• Analytical, organized with process-driven mindset.

Aufgaben

• Lead Admissions Officers and manage portfolio of applications.
• Oversee end-to-end admissions pipeline from submission to decision.
• Track KPI, provide health checks and reporting.
• Allocate workload and manage interview logistics.
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions.
• Develop SOPs and train the team on policies.
