A charitable organization is seeking a Case Worker in Toronto, Ontario to provide case management support to residents using a holistic approach. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Social Work or equivalent, experience with the homeless population, and strong communication skills. Position Purpose summary: The Case Worker is responsible to provide residents with appropriate case management support services using a holistic approach thus ensuring that the mental, emotional, social, physical and spiritual needs are met.
Governance Boards and Councils: None. Internal:
External: Establish and maintain good working relationships with external agencies to make the appropriate referrals.
The incumbent’s work environment is typically in the entire facility and surrounding property designated. The Incumbent will work under the following disagreeable conditions:
The target hiring range for this position is $31.42 to $31.82 with a maximum of $32.21. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
8:00 am – 4:30 pm – Monday – Friday.
