Position Overview :

We’re looking for an energetic, self-motivated Sales Representative with a passion for wellness and an interest in social media to support our summer growth campaign. You’ll help introduce our brand to local retailers and customers while contributing to our digital presence.

This is a great opportunity for a student or recent grad looking to gain experience in both sales and social media marketing within the beauty and wellness space.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales & Outreach (Field & Remote) :

• Visit local independent pharmacies, clinics, and wellness shops to introduce the By Dr. Mom product line
• Build relationships with store staff, provide product education, and track leads
• Collect retailer feedback and report weekly progress to our sales director
• Restock marketing materials (e.g., brochures, shelf talkers) and assist with small in-store activations

Social Media & Content Support (Remote) :

• Support local content creation efforts (photos / videos / stories from visits)
• Suggest social media content ideas from the field experience
• Assist with influencer research and local engagement campaigns

Requirements :

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Comfort with in-person visits and presentations
• Interest in social media and basic content creation (Instagram / TikTok)
• Organized and proactive with the ability to manage time independently
• Access to a vehicle and valid driver’s license (mileage will be reimbursed)
• Experience in retail, customer service, or content creation is a plus

Terms :

• Contract Length : Up to 20 weeks (with potential extension)
• Hours : 15 hours / week, flexible schedule with some weekday availability preferred
• Start Date : Mid-to-late June 2025
