The Role :

We’re hiring a full-time Movement Coach / Kinesiologist / Strength & Conditioning Coach who aligns with our mission and is ready to take their career to the next level in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology, Health Sciences, or equivalent.
• 1+ years of relevant training or coaching experience.
• Ability to demonstrate and teach functional corrective exercises (e.g., FMS-based).
• Skilled in performing and teaching functional movements (may include powerlifting).
• Skilled in the use of kettlebells, cable machines, suspension trainers, and bodyweight training methods.
• Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or Registered Kinesiologist (RKIN) considered a strong asset.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be available for a variety of shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends).
• Collaborative, coachable, and passionate about continuous improvement.
