MoD is recruiting for a sharp, detail-oriented Marketing Operations Coordinator for a 6-month contract,on behalf of our client in the financial services sector. If you’re the kind of person who thrives behind the scenes—keeping inboxes organized, solving problems quickly, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks—this could be the perfect fit for you.
You’ll play a key role supporting a dynamic marketing operations team, managing communications, resolving escalations, and contributing to special projects. It’s a fantastic opportunity to work with a high-performing team at a leading organization, all while working remotely.
Key Duties:
• Oversee and manage multiple shared inboxes, responding to inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve questions from sales and account teams.
• Track issues and responses using Excel, keeping detailed and organized records.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
• Contribute to occasional strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Must Haves:
• Excel Expert: You’re confident using Excel to organize, analyze, and present data.
• Highly Organized: You excel at managing multiple priorities and love keeping things on track.
• Strong Communicator: Clear, professional communication (both written and verbal) is second nature to you.
• Detail-Oriented: You catch what others might miss and ensure accuracy in everything you do.
• Team Player: You collaborate well with others and follow established processes.
