At LG2, the Strategy Coordinator works to reflect the innovation of the digital world through a variety of skill sets to meet an array of needs in social media management. They are responsible for managing clients' social communities and supporting day-to-day operations in line with their content strategies.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on social media channels, including publishing/scheduling posts, monitoring social feeds, building followers, responding to online inquiries, and interacting with fans and customers.
Work directly with clients to maintain and develop their social media identities and communities.
Leverage various content formats such as video, micro-video, animations, icons/emojis, photos, and text to create sharable content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
Gather data and produce social media reports to ensure content creation aligns with brands' goals.
Conduct research and social listening to support competitive audits and product research.
Coordinate and collaborate with creative and account teams.
Ensure exceptional attention to detail and quality assurance for all deliverables from the department.
Stay updated on the latest social media trends, features, platform changes, and algorithms to maximize engagement and visibility.
