Job Summary :
Vorsprann Systems Ltd (VSL Canada) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Plant Services Manager to oversee and manage our Plant team. This role is critical for planning and supervising the execution of all preventive and corrective maintenance of VSL’s specialized equipment across various sites. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the efficiency, safety, and quality of our operations, facilitating seamless project execution.
Position Requirements :
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in internal projects with at least 5 years in a team management capacity.
Technical Skills : Proficient in hydraulic and mechanical equipment repairs with relevant experience in Launching Gantry and special post-tensioning equipment maintenance.
Additional Expertise : Demonstrated experience in procurement and logistics.
Standards Familiarity : Understanding of Bouygues Construction group QHSE standards.
