Our Prep Technicians are the foundation of a flawless finish—focused, detail-oriented, and masters of preparation. WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

• Assess bodywork and prep vehicles for painting.
• Sand, mask, and prime surfaces to perfection.
• Ensure all necessary parts are available and ready for refinishing.
• Clean and prepare surfaces for paint application.
• Assist painters by mixing and matching paint as needed.
• Keep the work area clean and organized to ensure smooth workflow.
• Work with the team to ensure timely completion of repairs.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE?

• Experience in automotive prep work or refinishing? Check.
• A team player with a can-do attitude? Double check!
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn? We love to hear it.
• Able to work independently and roll with the punches.
• Adaptable to change—because no two jobs are the same.
• Keeps a clean, safe workspace.
• Reliable, dependable, and ready to take on challenges.
• Valid G driver’s license with a clean abstract.
