What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives
- Manage projects to configure ARIEL plan parameters and test calculation results
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of software solutions according to client needs
- Conduct system testing and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure successful implementation
- Document processes, configurations, and system changes for future reference
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting
- Associate level - Minimum 5 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
- Consultant level - Minimum 8 years experience in software implementation, configuration, testing, and support in Pension Administration/Benefits/HR/payroll industry
- Experience in using Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working with Excel and Access VBA
- Bilingualism would be considered an asset
