Kim’s BBQ House is located at #15-228 Schoolhouse Street, Coquitlam, BC V3K 6V7. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Food Services Managers.
Wages: CAD$28.00-37.00/hour (depending on skills & experiences)
Types: Full-time, Permanent (various shifts, including evening, nights, weekend openings & closing, and holidays)
Working hours: 30- 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the daily operations
- Plan and control budget and inventory
- Determine type of foods to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Review and adjust staff schedule when necessary
- Recruit and oversee staff training, conduct performance reviews
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure provincial regulations are followed
- Hold staff meetings, resolve staff complaints and suggestions
- Negotiate with clients for catering or use of restaurant for events
- Manage catering, events, advertisements
- Completion of secondary school;
- Minimum 3 years work experience in the food service sector including supervisory experience required.
