What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prospect and identify new law firms interested in the employer's online products and services
- Develop and implement strategic plans for effective territory coverage
- Prepare and track account plans, including sales forecasting and performance metrics
- Generate sales growth by pursuing new prospects and following up on leads
- Maintain relationships with existing customers to support retention strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree in business or equivalent business experience
- Proven ability to develop new customer accounts through heavy prospecting and cold calling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, organization, and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce

- Knowledge of the legal framework within Canada
- Experience in sales within the legal or professional services industry
