The ideal candidate is registered in British Columbia, possesses strong communication skills, and has experience with seniors. This role offers a competitive wage ranging from $41.42 to $55.91 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers.
  • Education and experience in gerontology, rehabilitation, community/complex/long term care an asset.
  • Current Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS) required.

Responsibilities

  • Complete residents’ care assessments and ensure up-to-date documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling care conferences and participate in them.
  • Coordinate nursing team’s resident care assignments for efficient service delivery.
