Qualifications

• Experience working with seniors and unregulated care providers is essential.
• Demonstrated sound clinical knowledge and ability to delegate to unregulated care providers.
• Current (within 6 months) Vulnerable Position/Sector Screening (VPS) is required.

Responsibilities

• Complete and ensure residents’ care assessments and documentation are up to date.
• Assist with scheduling care conferences and participate in them.
• Supervise care and medication administration responsibilities.
