A healthcare technology firm in Ontario seeks a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to enhance customer experience and support product line initiatives. This role involves market research, collaboration across teams, and managing digital marketing campaigns. As a member of our team, you will provide coordination and support on assigned product line sales, marketing and operations initiatives to meet sales and project goals.
This includes collaborating cross-functionally to deliver excellent customer experience, conducting research, executing on demand generation and lead management, account management, brand awareness building across social and company digital assets, media advertising and analysis, and strategic key opinion leader (KOL) identification and healthcare professional (HCP) engagement in-person at clinical meetings, on calls, and virtual meetings.
