A leading merchandising services provider is seeking candidates to join their Merchandising Team in Cranbrook, Alberta. In this role, you will ensure the shelf presence of products, manage stock, and act as a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented and possess strong customer focus. The position offers competitive hourly rates and flexible hours, suitable for self-managing independent contractors.

- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required.
- Ability to self-manage remotely.
- Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).
Responsabilités
- Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale.
- Install and tear down promotional signage.
- Manage machine stock in stores to minimize out-of-stocks.
- Provide comprehensive reporting on each store visit.
- Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso.

Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented. We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

- Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
- Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
- Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
- Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment / supply and minimize out-of-stocks
- Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
- Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
- Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
- Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
- Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required
- Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
- Good problem solving and time management skills
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly
- Ability to self-manage remotely
- Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports
- Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs)
