Job summary
A leading confectionery company in Ontario is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to drive operational excellence at the manufacturing site. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science, coupled with over 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include optimizing efficiencies, facilitating improvements in equipment reliability, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
