A leading bakery company in Metro Vancouver is seeking a Production Specialist/Analyst to ensure timely reporting of production data and support continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Power BI and MS Office. Responsibilities include managing production documents, data reconciliation, and leading Lean meetings. A post-secondary education and experience in supply chain or operations is preferred. The Production Specialist/ Analyst ensures accurate and timely reporting of production data, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and maintains systems and documentation to uphold operational efficiency and compliance.
The annual salary range for applicants is: $65,000 – $75,000, which does not include discretionary bonus compensation or our comprehensive benefits package. Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from the posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other factors.
