A local financial institution in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Small Business Account Manager to support and grow its Small Business Banking portfolio. The role involves identifying opportunities, managing reporting requirements, and conducting compliance reviews. Candidates should have 3–5 years of financial industry experience, strong organizational skills, and a solid understanding of financial statements. As a key player in the financial services marketplace of Northern Ontario we are excited to announce that we are currently seeking a Small Business Account Manager.
Reporting to the Director of Business Relationship Banking, the Small Business Account Manager plays a key role in supporting and growing Northern’s Small Business Banking portfolio. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities and providing a holistic approach to meeting the needs of Small Business members. Areas of focus include commercial lending, deposits, Visa, Clover, and referrals to Wealth and Retail services.
The Small Business Account Manager also manages ongoing reporting requirements (including Past Due, Security Deficiencies, and Smart Sheet updates) and conducts annual account reviews to ensure compliance, risk management, and alignment with member needs.
Salary Range: $64,144 - $72,162
