Banff Centre is looking for a trades specialist and operational leader who will contribute to the overall planning, maintenance, and development of Banff Centre infrastructure. The Manager, Mechanical Systems directs the day-to-day operations of the plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, plant maintenance trades and operations departments. This position plans, organizes, coordinates and directs the trades personnel in the maintenance and repair of all infrastructure relating to site electrical and mechanical systems, as well as the maintenance and operation of building utility systems involving domestic and chilled water, electricity, natural gas, storm and sanitary sewers. The Manager, Mechanical Systems ensures timely and effective response to the requirements of the Banff Centre community. As a service organization, this position emphasizes good customer service and a high standard of workmanship.
