What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assess renewal clients' needs through risk consultation and coverage recommendations
- Manage multiple client accounts and respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance policies
- Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their insurance requirements
- Act as a primary point of contact within the renewal team to assist junior team members
- Negotiate with insurers on coverage and maintain insurance and insurer relationships

What is Required (Qualifications):
- RIBO license required
- 7+ years of commercial broking experience
- Subject matter expertise in CGL insurance, with knowledge in commercial property, E&O & Med/Mal coverages
- Strong communication skills to convey complex concepts in simpler terms
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CAIB/CIP/CRM designation is an asset
- Passion for sales and customer support
- Proven persistence and agility to meet set targets
- Experience in training and mentoring junior team members
- Familiarity with technology-driven insurance solutions
