3. Order processing and invoicing customers
4. Updating orders with quote or project changes
5. Coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time delivery within budget
6. Validating pricing, products, and shipping
7. Handling multiple projects at one time

• Quick learner who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Works well under pressure, and able to meet critical deadlines
• Ability to manage and facilitate numerous projects
• Works well both independently and as part of a team
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with SAP or any other ERP system is an asset but not required
