Remote Upper Limb Prosthetics Clinical Specialist (Travel)
Job summary
A leader in prosthetic solutions is looking for a highly motivated Clinical Specialist for Upper Limb prosthetics. This remote role requires OPC certification and at least 3-5 years of clinical experience, alongside extensive domestic travel. Responsibilities include client education, collaboration on training, and technical support. The ideal candidate is adaptable, possesses excellent communication skills, and is proficient in advanced prosthetic technology.
Qualifications
- Must have OPC certification and experience in prosthetics.
- Valid driver's license and passport required.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in clinical settings and educate patients.
- Develop technical knowledge of Ottobock's prosthetic portfolio.
- Support customers via phone or MS Teams.
- Collaborate with Education Team for training delivery.
- Provide internal education for support departments.
- Act as liaison between customers and various departments.
- Create professional documents for Ottobock products.
- Travel extensively across Canada (60%) for customer assistance.
