A leading digital marketing technology firm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join their remote team in Canada. This role involves owning product areas that enhance customer experience and drive strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, with a strong focus on user-centric design and data analysis. They will collaborate with various teams to prioritize improvements and communicate strategy. A competitive salary range of CAD $125,000 to $175,000 is offered, based on experience and market factors.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience owning product initiatives end‑to‑end, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Strong user‑centric mindset, with a deep understanding of customer needs.
Responsabilités
- Own and evolve product areas that deliver value to customers.
- Drive improvements across the customer journey, including onboarding and retention.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders.
