A leading real estate solutions provider is seeking a CMMS Manager responsible for Maximo CMMS administration and optimization. This remote role requires 5+ years of experience in CMMS and asset management, along with strong analytical skills. The CMMS Manager will support maintenance operations, data integrity, and reporting, and will collaborate with various teams to enhance workflows and compliance. Compensation is around $125,000 annually with a 15% bonus.

About the role
The CMMS Manager will be a champion for Maximo CMMS administration, optimization, and strategic use of the system to support maintenance operations, asset management, compliance, and reporting. This role ensures the CMMS is configured and used effectively to drive efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement across maintenance and facility management processes.
This is a US remote role with up to 25% travel.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate’s education, training and experience. The compensation is about $125,000 annual base salary plus 15% target bonus based on experience. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications and experience.
