Exempt – Non-Manual Worker
Salary: $40,000 (annual) + Monthly Competitive Variable Commission Compensation, + Company Car/Car Insurance & Corporate Card for work related expenses such as fuel, and lodging.

Summary: autoMHatic Financial is a multi-channel PE-backed manufactured housing lender. We seek individuals determined to achieve high levels of success as a territory-based sales professional. This is an individual producer role focused on forging strong partnerships with manufactured home dealerships, manufactured home communities, and other strategic partners. The ideal candidate will also build relationships with internal enabling teams. You will be responsible for achieving application and sales goals in a competitive market, with support from a dedicated Sales Management team.

Responsibilities
  • Managing, training, and providing guidance to the sales team in an assigned territory.
  • Traveling to potential and existing customers within the territory to present offerings and build brand awareness.
  • Utilizing outbound calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings to close sales.
  • Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers.
  • Implementing a sales management process to identify and prioritize key customers and prospects.
  • Providing timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management detailing territory performance and opportunities.
  • Staying informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and market changes to adapt sales strategies.
  • Participating in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products and expand the network.
  • Identifying new business opportunities and market trends within the territory and providing feedback to sales and marketing teams.
  • Collaborating with the Outside Sales team to coordinate efforts and deliver value to clients.

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
