A leading biotechnology firm in Canada is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of biologic representatives. This role involves coaching, building key relationships with healthcare professionals, and ensuring alignment with brand strategy. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of pharmaceutical sales management experience and a proven track record of success. - Fluency in both French and English
- Proven account management experience with a track record of commercial sales success
- Strong communication and presentation skills with a passion for team management
- Previous experience in managing and developing high-performance sales teams
- Experience working in alliance partnerships within the pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of immunology therapeutic areas
