About The Role We are seeking a results-driven Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team supporting the IRS Development, Infrastructure, Security, and Modernization (DISM) program. This fully remote position plays a critical role in analyzing financial and market data to support strategic decision-making within the program. The successful candidate will be responsible for querying data repositories, generating insightful reports, and identifying patterns and trends that influence program development and modernization initiatives. The role requires a high level of analytical capability, proficiency with BI tools, and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly. Candidates must be able to pass an IRS investigation and obtain a public trust clearance, as this position involves sensitive information and security protocols.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field
• US Citizenship required
• Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
• Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Must be able to pass an IRS public trust investigation

• Create and distribute periodic reports providing insights into financial and market trends
• Identify data patterns and trends to support strategic decision-making
• Utilize data visualization tools to present complex data in an understandable format
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide analytical support
• Ensure the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data used for analysis and reporting
• Support modernization initiatives by providing actionable insights based on data analysis
