This is a full-time role for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Vieira & Associates Insurance Brokers Ltd. The CSR will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services. The representative will also resolve customer complaints, process orders, and provide information about the company's offerings. Additionally, the CSR will ensure customer satisfaction and maintain an exceptional customer experience.

Familiarity with Applied system and Epic is mandatory.

Familiarity with insurance companies portal is mandatory.

• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
