Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lawyer based in Montreal, QC. The Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on labor relations, drafting and reviewing legal documents, representing clients in negotiations and disputes, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. This role will also involve collaborating with various stakeholders to address labor-related issues and develop strategies to improve workplace environments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in drafting and reviewing legal documents
• Skills in negotiation and dispute resolution
• Ability to provide legal advice and support on labor relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Montreal, QC
• Law degree and membership in good standing with the Quebec bar association
• Experience in representing clients in labor-related matters
