Description:
As a Social Worker II, you will be part of an interdisciplinary team providing a range of social work services to patients and their families. Your responsibilities may include psychosocial assessment, resource-based interventions, individual, group, and family treatment, risk screening, counselling, case management and coordination, transition or discharge planning, and activities related to prevention, promotion, and public awareness.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work
- Active or eligible registration with the Alberta College of Social Workers (ACSW)
Additional Qualifications:
- Knowledge of child and youth development
- Willingness to work in both office and community settings
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of community and North Zone Child and Youth resources
