Your Opportunity:
The Indigenous Wellness Core (IWC) collaborates across Alberta Health Services and with external partners to advance Indigenous health and health equity. The IWC aims to improve Indigenous health outcomes in Alberta through community empowerment, upstream efforts, and transforming health service delivery to address racism and social determinants of health. Reporting to the Executive Director, IWC Operations, the Clinical Informatics Lead (CIL) oversees Connect Care optimization for the IWC, manages upgrades, clinical design, and future planning. The CIL ensures adherence to configuration standards, promotes clinical content, and integrates culturally informed, trauma-sensitive, two-eyed seeing approaches to clinical informatics. Experience in clinical systems implementation and workflow transformation is preferred. This role is part of Primary Care Alberta.
