What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce, CPQ, MuleSoft, and HubSpot administrators and developers
- Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance for Salesforce, MuleSoft, and HubSpot platforms
- Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions within Salesforce, including complex configurations
- Manage the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform for efficient integration between systems
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT roles with a focus on Salesforce architecture and development
- At least 2 years of experience leading a technical team
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
- Proven knowledge and experience with MuleSoft for enterprise application integration

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with AI/machine learning technologies
- Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist)
- MuleSoft Certifications (e.g., MuleSoft Certified Developer, MuleSoft Certified Architect)
- HubSpot Certification(s)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
