Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support for the Meditech application and modules.
• Provide implementation, workflow, technical, and systems troubleshooting support for Meditech.
• Participate in customizing, testing, and implementation of applications, upgrades, and enhancements to the Meditech application and other health information systems supported by the ICT Department.
• Use expertise from patient registration, bed allocation, and clinical computer applications, while understanding the hospital organizational structure to provide support as it relates to the delivery of patient-centred care across the hospital.
• Provide support for other clinical software applications e.g. 3rd party ministry applications that support patient flow, nursing documentation, surgical management.
