En tant que membre de l'agence créative de Gameloft, le Coordonnateur de Projet relèvera du responsable de l'agence créative et devra assister ce dernier pour toutes les questions relatives aux budgets, aux délais et au contenu. En tant que véritable chef de projet, le rôle du coordonnateur de projet consistera à assurer le suivi des différentes étapes du processus de production auprès de l'ensemble de l'équipe.

Ses tâches seront les suivantes :

• S'assurer de l'atteinte des objectifs, des étapes et des sprints de chaque projet, tels que définis par le responsable
• Gérer et organiser les supports créer par l'équipe
• Faire le suivi des étapes et des échéances afin d'assurer la livraison d'éléments, d'itérations, de travaux conceptuels et de versions de natures diverses
• Gérer et tenir à jour la création de tâches dans les outils pertinents afin de superviser correctement le travail des membres de l'équipe (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
• Évaluer, analyser et résoudre les problèmes liés à la gestion de projet
• Planifier et diriger les réunions de lancement
• Organiser des activités de renforcement d'équipe
• Collaborer avec les départements juridique et comptable pour rédiger, signer et gérer les contrats avec les pigistes, et travailler en coordination avec le département de contrôle de gestion pour les budgets des pigistes
• Contribuer au développement et à l’amélioration de méthodes et procédures de travail
• Faciliter la communication entre l'équipe de l'agence créative et les autres départements

As a member of the Gameloft Creative Agency, the Project Coordinator will report to the Creative Agency Lead and will be responsible for providing support to the Lead as relates to budgets, deadlines and content. As a true project manager, the project coordinator's goal will be to follow up with the entire team regarding the various stages of the production process.

They will have the following tasks:

• Achieving project goals, stages and sprints as defined by the Lead
• Manage and organize assets created by the team
• Following up on the stages and due dates in order to ensure the delivery of various items, iterations, concept work, and versions
• Managing and maintaining task creation in the relevant tools in order to properly supervise team members' work (Jira, Confluence, Trello, etc.)
• Evaluating, analyzing, and resolving issues related to project management
• Scheduling and leading kick-off meetings
• Organizing team-building exercises
• Collaborating with the legal and accounting departments to draft, sign, and manage contracts with freelancers, and coordinating with the management control department for freelancer budgets
• Contributing to the development and improvement of working methods and procedures
• Facilitating communication between the Creative Agency team and other departments

Expérience et qualifications :

• Diplôme universitaire en gestion ou dans un domaine connexe
• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience pertinente en production dans le secteur des jeux vidéo ou en production de pipelines d'assets visuels
• Expérience avec la méthodologie Agile/Scrum
• Expérience avec Jira et Trello
• Connaissances en production d'assets visuels, un plus
• Connaissance approfondie des jeux vidéo sur console et/ou mobile et passion pour ceux-ci, un atout
• Avoir réalisé un projet, de son développement à sa sortie, un atout
• Anglais et français courants, à l'oral et à l'écrit
• Excellente communication écrite et orale
• Bonnes capacités de déduction, et aptitude à transmettre des informations et des données de manière claire et pertinente
• Sens de l'organisation, minutie et capacité à superviser différents projets avec des priorités et des délais variables
• Connaissance et capacité à rester au fait des tendances du marché
• Implication et attitude positive

Experience and Qualifications:

• University degree in management or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant production experience in the video-game industry or in visual assets pipeline production
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology
• Experience with Jira and Trello
• Familiarity with visual asset production is a plus
• Passion for, and in-depth knowledge of, console and/or mobile video games is an asset
• Previous experience delivering an entire project from development to release is an asset
• Fluency in English and French, both spoken and written
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good deductive skills, with the ability to convey information and data in a clear, relevant fashion
• Organized, thorough, and able to supervise different projects with varying priorities and deadlines
• Knowledgeable of, and up to date on, market trends
• Dedicated, with a positive attitude
