A leading Canadian business advisory firm is looking for an Administrative Assistant for a seasonal term from January to June. In this role, you will perform a variety of administrative tasks, manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and write reports. Make an impact with our Administration team as an Administrative Assistant - Seasonal Term. This diverse team of professionals directly contributes to the success of the firm by supporting internal and external clients. As a trusted advisor, you’ll ensure the efficient and effective operation of our business. The seasonal admin role would be from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with the possibility of overtime. Consideration may be made for a reduced schedule of 9:00am - 3:00pm, Monday to Friday. The position would be until June 30, 2026, or as work dictates.
