Restaurant Brands International Inc. in Toronto is seeking an Analyst, Workday to support the HR Technology function across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, Advanced Compensation and Time Tracking.

This role requires onsite work five days a week to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will analyze issues, configure and administer Workday, prepare testing docs, and support users while collaborating with functional leads on improvements.

Formación

• 1+ years of hands-on experience supporting Workday HCM.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant certification in HR, IS, Business, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Workday HCM configuration, security, and at least one additional module.
• Familiarity with SQL and relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Act as technical support for advanced Workday report writing.
• Analyze and troubleshoot Workday issues through root-cause analysis and resolution.
• Provide support to internal users.
• Assist with testing new business processes, system modifications, and updates.
• Collaborate with functional leads on escalated support issues.
• Monitor and track progress on Workday support requests.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate work and improve performance.
• Create and maintain detailed testing documentation and training materials.
• Participate in HR special projects.
