Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Wireless Sales Consultant to champion customer experience in the wireless department. You will assist both consumers and business customers with the latest wireless products, services, and trends while sharing knowledge and enthusiasm.

This role emphasizes helping customers achieve their working and learning goals through informed product recommendations and friendly service. You will work with the store team to promote offers, maintain pricing integrity, and support

Qualifications

• 3 months to 1 year of wireless sales or sales experience.
• Customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrates strong selling ability.
• Demonstrates ability to coach others.
• Capacity to communicate with clients effectively using a variety of mediums.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize efficiently to handle daily responsibilities.

Responsibilities
