Job summary

Staples Canada is seeking a Wireless Sales Supervisor to champion the customer experience in the wireless department and help customers and business clients achieve their working and learning goals with the latest wireless technology.

You will partner with management to drive daily financial and non-financial goals, lead a selling culture, and collaborate with other departments to expand opportunities. The role emphasizes coaching, training, and customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education is preferred.
• 2+ years of Wireless Sales experience.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role with direct accountability for achieving sales targets is preferred.
• Ability to resolve clients' concerns in a diplomatic manner.

Responsibilities

• Identify and achieve short and long-term goals for the wireless department in partnership with management.
• Ensure the team understands the link between store financial performance and wireless sales.
• Lead by example to drive selling culture and achieve targets.
• Engage with customers across departments to maximize store play and opportunities.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate to management when needed.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and promote additional products/services.
