Job summary

Staples Canada in Brampton is seeking a Wireless Sales Supervisor to champion the customer experience in the wireless department. You will help our consumers and business customers achieve their working and learning goals by sharing knowledge, experiences, and enthusiasm on the latest wireless tech products, services, and trends.

Primarily a sales position, you will partner with management to determine and deliver on daily financial and non-financial goals, while mentoring associates and growing

Qualifications

• Completion of post-secondary education is preferred.
• 2+ years of Wireless Sales experience.
• 1+ years in a supervisory role with direct accountability for achieving sales targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to identify and achieve short and long-term goals for the wireless department.
• Ensure team understands connection between store financial success and the wireless department.
• Lead and model selling by cultivating a selling culture with associates to achieve current goals and targets.
• Lead and model unlocking the whole store play by engaging with customers and associates in other departments when not engaged with a customer at the wireless kiosk.
