Job summary

The Wine Shop is seeking a friendly, professional sales teammate to deliver a superior shopping experience. You will assist customers, provide product information, and handle cash with accuracy, while merchandising shelves and shipments.

Requirements include 2 years of customer service, Smart Serve Certification, and proficiency with Word/Excel/Outlook. Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays is essential. We offer a starting $17.60/hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

2 years of customer service experience required.
Smart Serve Certification.
Experience with computer-based point of sale systems.
Ability to consistently lift 40lbs on a regular basis.
Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

Ensuring total customer satisfaction and outstanding customer service is provided to every customer.
Assist customers with their purchases and provides them with product information when required.
Assists with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and display units.
Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
Complies with Health and Safety rules & Security within the workplace.
Team player who contributes equally to the team's efforts.
