Qualifications

• Experience with guest/customer service excellence and engagement.
• POS systems and cash handling experience is an asset.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Smart Serve Certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with purchases.
• Provide product information when required.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising; light cleaning of shelves/display units.
• Handle cash and balance till accurately.
• Comply with Health and Safety rules & Security in the workplace.
• Be a team player contributing to the team's efforts.
