Job summary

The Wine Shop at Andrew Peller Limited is seeking a dedicated teammate to deliver a superior shopping experience. The role focuses on guest service excellence, assisting customers with purchases, and providing product information as needed.

You will help with shipments and merchandising, keep shelves tidy, handle till cash, and follow Health and Safety rules. A strong team player attitude is essential to succeed in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience required.
• Smart Serve Certification is required.
• Experience with computer-based point of sale systems is an asset.
• Working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook on Windows.
• Flexibility to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to consistently lift 40 lbs on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer satisfaction and outstanding service for every customer.
• Assist customers with purchases and provide product information when required.
• Assist with product shipments and merchandising, including light cleaning of shelves and displays.
• Handle cash and accurately balance the till.
• Comply with Health and Safety rules and Security within the workplace.
• Be a team player and contribute to the team's efforts.
