About the Role

We are seeking a Wills & Estates Lawyer with strong experience in Wills, Testamentary Trusts, and Estates to join a growing Ottawa office.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Testamentary Trusts, including complex Wills
  • Manage all aspects of estate administration
  • Provide high-quality legal opinions, advice, and documentation
  • Work closely with clients and colleagues in a collaborative team environment
Requirements
  • Member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Wills, Estates, and Testamentary Trusts
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures and statutes
  • Excellent drafting, analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex issues while considering client and team wellbeing
  • Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills
