Job summary

Graham Contracting, Ltd. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Superintendents across Ontario, contributing from planning through execution on water and wastewater projects.

You will help manage scheduling, cost tracking, documentation, change events, and progress reporting while promoting safety and quality in a fast-paced, office-to-site environment. This role offers vacation, robust benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Trade Certification or Technical Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• 2–10 years of direct construction experience; GC contractor experience preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office, scheduling and project management software; familiarity with construction project systems (InEight is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Assist with or manage project scheduling, budgeting and cost tracking across timelines, labor and material quantities.
• Coordinate project documentation including drawings, revisions, site instructions and change orders.
• Assist with or manage change events, including change notices and scope adjustments.
• Document meetings and provide regular updates — minutes, action items, progress reports.
• Support safety and quality processes, including safety plan reviews and quality control activities.
