Capital Ford Lincoln (Winnipeg) is seeking a proactive Warranty Administrator to join our busy service team. If you enjoy turning repair orders into clean, approved submissions and ensuring every dollar is accounted for, this desk has your name on it.

You’ll master the claims cycle, reconcile parts and labor, and liaise with manufacturers to secure authorizations. Collaboration with service advisors helps get paperwork right the first time while maintaining clear records and status reports.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in warranty administration, service writing, or related role within the service industry.
• Sharp eye for identifying patterns and proactively spotting errors.
• Tech savvy and comfortable with Google products, DMS systems, and warranty programs.
• Strong, professional communication skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Outstanding organization and time management skills to ensure nothing is left behind.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Hunt Down Discrepancies: Track pending claims, troubleshoot rejections, and recover maximum warranty dollars.
• Team Up with Service: Collaborate with service advisors and shop staff to get paperwork right the first time.
• Keep Score: Maintain orderly records and generate status reports on warranty recovery performance.
